Russell Ranch is located in beautiful NE Oklahoma, just a few miles from the Illinois River in Green Country. We are surrounded by lovely rolling hills, lots of wonderful lakes and rivers, and forests full of wildlife. We started our journey with 10 Murray Grey yearly heifers in 2011. We have found them to be gentle, easy to handle, and very good mothers. Our herd has grown over the years and we now have about 30 cows and 2 bulls. We have learned a lot about Murray Grey cattle and have become one of the breeds greatest supporters. Our goals are to raise awareness of and increase the availability of Murray Grey cattle and their great genetics. We raise and sell registered Murray Grey breeding stock here on our ranch. We also sell lean, clean, farm raised, chemical-free beef. We strive to produce superior quality grass-fed beef and do all we can to ensure the quality of our beef.
